Home visits can improve student achievement, attendance, behavior and be a tool to engage families and provide them with the resources and supports they need when they need them. Accessibility is key! Ensure families have access to first-hand, real-time information in multiple languages. This may include purchasing Language Translation Transmitters and contracting communications specialists to share multilingual information with families and communities on resources available in the district.
